Requirements
Receipt of documents – superbills, charge tickets, and associated clinical documentation via an FTP server, EHR, or document management system
Recording the patient demographic information, date of service, billing provider, referring healthcare provider, Point of Service, data and time of admission, ICD/CPT codes, number of units, and modifiers.
Workflow automation to provide daily reporting to the customers and facilitate collaboration to ensure compliance to timely filing norms
Review of imported charges for accuracy before billing
SQC (Statistical Quality Control) to review the quality of the process through a random audit
Adherence to pre-defined provider-specific rules for different specialties and services rendered
Review of any pending or held documents with the client daily to reduce any backlog
We also perform charge audit services to identify any missed charges, instances of over-billing, and medical coding errors
Completes payment entry in a timely and accurate manner including:
Posts payments to practice management system (live checks within 24 hours, Online Credit Card, payments the next business day, EFT deposits within 72 hours)
Records batch totals with date and initials on payment receipt spreadsheet
Balances batches and runs transaction reports
Verifies all EFT deposits and scanned checks have been posted by month end
Properly communicates and documents payment denials in the practice management system and to theappropriate billing representative in a timely manner.
Identifies any payments not being paid at the allowed/contracted amount and communicates this to theappropriate billing representative – AR and/or Director.
Batches patient statements electronically on a weekly basis
Creates invoices for attorney fees and communicates with physician office upon receipt of payment.

Manages the staff and operations of the RCM department
Ensures optimal performance through effective employee selection, training and development and performance management. Holds staff accountable for achieving plans and performance targets. Works with staff to identify and resolve the most complex issues and problems impacting the ambulatory billing office.
Continuously evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and implements or proposes optimization of current processes and/or procedures.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with US based team. Effectively manages relationships and business processes of all clients and owners.
Develops, implements and effectively manages policies, processes and procedures that result in maintaining key performance indicators at or above/below goal levels, as set by the Director of RCM.
Provides education and policy updates for staff on a regular and as needed basis.
Establishes and conducts performance reporting for all clients.
Works collaboratively with leaders of all departments to develop and maintain a culture of high performance and accountability across organizational boundaries. Ensures appropriate coordination with the billing staff throughout account life cycle.
Provides regular revenue management reports to management. Provides periodic status reports and ensures timely identification and reporting of potential risks to positive cash flow, public image, or legal compliance. Alerts senior management and operations leaders of such concerns in the areas of accountability as soon as they are identified.
Ensures compliance with government and commercial billing and medical record regulations and standards (USA) while maximizing reimbursement for patient claims.
Manages operational expenses in accordance with the budget.Directs and oversees the development of operating and capital budget for the department.
Works with payor companies and agencies or other outside parties, including judicial and regulatory bodies, commercial payers, collection agencies, and auditors to address and resolve disputes and unpaid claims, develop procedures, or address other pertinent needs.
Holds responsibility for implementation and standardization of the policies and procedures involved in the management of the billing collection cycle.
Provides ongoing leadership and operational oversight in the development, use and maintenance of systems for billing and accounts receivable management.
Mentor and manage teams of Managers and Junior Consultants to be able to keep project on time QA of work done by the team
Manage multi-channel best practices including partnering with multiple brands and brand managers and execution of marketing and triggered-based campaign that drive incremental and ROI for the business leveraging industry best practices
This role will be responsible for developing programmatic, omni-channel customer journeys via test and learn initiatives, deriving insights from post-campaign analyses, and sharing recommendations with key stakeholders across the marketing organization and global regions
Account/vendor relationship management involved with managing and evaluating the data and creative strategies with agencies and/or internal departments to deliver against the overall strategy and program objectives related to audience, branding, messaging, offer and design to impact response and drive ROI and retention for the business
Ensure CRM/consumer engagement is integrated in everything the category will conduct that involves consumer engagement from, maximizing every opportunity to capture consumer data World Cup, product launch campaigns, brand campaigns etc
The individual will share the category KPI’s – annual acquisition targets, revenue and NPS score
Lead the strategy, development and execution of multichannel customer journey initiatives
Derive insights from post-campaign analyses, database mining, web analytics and test and learn initiatives to drive and optimize customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalization and promotional strategies
Work with business partners to define new projects and design solutions that increase the ROI of marketing campaigns
Serves as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of ASP-RCM Solutions, providing support in sales, business development, marketing strategy and management; develop the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve goals
Develop strategies and tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding into new selected verticals
Develop and implement annual business plans and manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual expense and revenue budgets
Provide leadership, direction and management to the marketing and sales team in a manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation and competitive advantage

Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals
