Inside ASP-RCM · A6P · 2025 Edition

Six years. One team. One unforgettable night.

The ASP 6th Annual Celebration was not about the company. It was about the people who made the company possible. The coders, the credentialing coordinators, the AR specialists, the technologists, and the leaders who showed up, year after year, to do the work.

The night, in one sentenceThe job is the work. The celebration is the why.

Most companies measure themselves by their numbers. We measure ours by the people who deliver the numbers. The ASP 6th Annual Celebration was that simple acknowledgment, made public, with lights, with music, and with a stage that read A6P Annual Celebration so the night belonged to the only thing that mattered: the team.

Six years ago, ASP-RCM was a Dallas startup with a thesis. The thesis was that revenue cycle management could be done with technology and accountability instead of headcount and excuses. Six years later, the thesis is a platform, an AI suite, a credentialing operating system, and three delivery hubs across Dallas HQ + 6 US states (FL, SC, NY, TX, MO, CO) + Manila + Chennai. None of which exists without people. Six years of work showed up on one stage on one night.

We do not process claims. We own revenue outcomes. The night was about the team that owns those outcomes, every business day, on behalf of the clients who trust us with their P&L.

What we celebratedThe Rewards and Recognition that mattered.

The R&R program is the spine of how we operate. Every employee, every quarter, gets nominated by peers for one of five categories: clinical accuracy, client impact, technical innovation, team leadership, and the one we are quietly proudest of, the "ASP First" award for the person who solved a problem the way we would want our own family treated. The 2025 winners walked the stage in front of teammates from three continents.

The most surprising recognition every year is not the senior leader who closes the big account. It is the AR specialist who refused to write off a balance that everyone else had given up on. It is the credentialing coordinator who quietly built a payer-policy tracker that the rest of the company now uses. It is the new RBT compliance analyst whose first three months reshaped how we think about RBT certification expiry nudges. We celebrate them with the same lights and the same stage.

What the lights meanA stage that was not for us. It was for them.

The production team built the A6P stage with deliberate choices. The metallic 6 in the center stood for six years of work. The Annual Celebration banner stood for the recurring promise that this stage will be there next year, and the year after, for as long as the company exists. The blue and magenta beam lights stood for the two delivery hubs across the ocean, two time zones, two languages, one team. When the lights came on, the room understood the symbolism without being told.

"
We are not a vendor. We are the team your clients call when something has to be done right, every single business day. The 6th Annual Celebration was a thank you to that team.
ASP-RCM Senior Leadership Team

What the team built this yearSix years of work in one number: 22 days.

The number that anchored 2025 for us was 22. Twenty-two days, the new average for BCBA credentialing on our active book. The industry baseline is 90 to 120 days. The 22-day number is not a marketing claim. It is the cumulative output of credentialing coordinators choosing parallel commercial and Medicaid submission, NPPES auto-enrichment, BACB lookup automation, and a Pre-Flight Validator that catches blockers before submission. Behind that number are eleven team members in Manila and Chennai whose names are not on the website, who showed up every business day this year to make it true.

Other numbers we celebrated. A 98 percent net collection rate across the ABA book. A 34 percent drop in first-pass denials on the AI-suite-active clients. A 99.4 percent rate of catching active coverage at the moment of intake. None of these numbers exists without the people in the photos above. We say that every quarter to the team. The celebration is when we say it with lights.

What comes nextYear seven. The platform deepens. The team grows.

The 6th Annual Celebration was also a soft kickoff for year seven. The platform deepens. CredPro v7 launches in the first quarter, adding AI assistant tool-use across credentialing operations. The HCC AI dashboard ships with V28 condition map updates as CMS publishes them. The ASP-RCM Reporting Studio onboards more clients with PHI-safe internal report generation. The AI Suite expands to include a per-payer denial overturn prediction model that we believe will move the needle from 41 to 78 percent on appeal volume.

None of which matters more than the team that ships it. Hiring opens in Q1 across credentialing operations, denial prevention, and platform engineering. If the next 25 hires turn out anything like the 250 already on the bench, year seven will be the year we hear about a lot. The people in the photos above will be ready.

Thank you for celebrating six years with us. The next six begin tomorrow.
