Director of RCM Operations
Own end-to-end revenue cycle delivery for the US client base. You are accountable for the metrics clients judge us on, and you must know them cold.
The role
What this job actually is
Mastery of the RCM metric set is mandatory: net collection rate, gross collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90 days, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate, cost to collect, charge lag and DNFB. You must be able to read them, explain what moves them, and act on them.
You own how the revenue cycle actually runs for our US clients: charge capture and billing, eligibility and authorization, payment posting, denial management and AR follow-up. You lead senior managers and their teams, you own the client-facing performance numbers, and you are the operational counterpart to Client Services when a CFO asks why a metric moved. This role requires genuine fluency in RCM metrics. If you cannot explain what is driving a net collection rate or an AR over 90 trend, this is not your seat.
Ownership
What you will own
Client performance metrics
Own net collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90, denial rate, first-pass resolution and clean claim rate across your book. Know the drivers, not just the dashboard.
End-to-end delivery
Billing, eligibility and authorization, payment posting, denial management and AR follow-up, run as one connected process rather than disconnected queues.
Denial prevention, not just denial work
Push root cause upstream. A denial worked is revenue delayed; a denial prevented is revenue protected.
Leadership of senior managers
Lead the senior manager layer, set the operating cadence, and build capability rather than dependency.
Client operational reviews
Stand in front of US clients with the numbers, explain variance honestly, and commit to actions you can deliver.
Capacity, quality and cost
Balance headcount, productivity and cost to collect without letting quality slip.
Ramp
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Read the book by the numbers. Pull performance by client across the full metric set, identify which accounts are trending wrong, and separate real operational problems from reporting artifacts.
By day 60
A prioritized operational plan: the accounts that need intervention, the root causes behind the worst denial and AR trends, and the cadence that will keep them visible.
By day 90
Metric reporting is trusted, at least one materially underperforming account is measurably improved, and the senior manager cadence is running without you in every meeting.

| Clean claim rate | Front-end quality before submission. |
| Cost to collect | Efficiency alongside effectiveness. |
| Client escalations | Frequency and time to resolution. |
Why ASP-RCM
Why this seat is different
We are senior-led by design. A senior partner is named on accounts and shows up in the work, which is why clients renew and why this role carries real authority rather than a title. Our AI suite is in production, not in a roadmap deck, and our compliance posture is independently audited: SOC 2 Type II with HITRUST, ISO 27001 and HIPAA.
We pay for certifications and run upskilling cohorts, because coding and revenue cycle are crafts that need investment. You will work across Dallas HQ, six US states and Chennai, India, with colleagues who have run these functions at scale.
