CSR & Community

The ASP-RCM CSR pledge. The work is the point. So is the place we do it in.

A healthcare RCM company doesn’t exist in a vacuum. ASP-RCM gives time, money, and skill back to the communities that hire and host us, pro-bono billing for community clinics, scholarships in healthcare administration, and on-the-ground volunteering in Dallas, Manila, and Chennai.

Three pillars

How we show up.

No vanity philanthropy. We give where our skills are useful and where our team lives. Healthcare access, education, and community.

01 · HEALTHCARE ACCESS

Pro-bono RCM for community clinics.

We donate billing, credentialing, and authorization work to safety-net clinics and FQHC partners. Our specialists treat the work the same as paid engagements, same SOPs, same QA, same SLAs.

  • FQHC and free-clinic billing partners
  • Credentialing & CAQH for non-profit providers
  • Annual mental-health access workshops
02 · EDUCATION

Scholarships and first-job pipelines.

Scholarships for students entering healthcare administration, coding, and HIM. Paid internships for fresh-grad coders and engineers. Visiting lectures at partner universities in Dallas, Manila, and Chennai.

  • ASP Scholarship in Healthcare Administration
  • Paid coding apprenticeships (AAPC track)
  • University guest-lecture program
03 · COMMUNITY

Time and money where we live.

Annual volunteer days, matched giving, and disaster response in the cities where our hubs sit. Decisions on allocation are made by elected employee committees in each hub, not by HQ.

  • Quarterly hub-led volunteer days
  • 1:1 employee match up to $500/yr
  • Disaster relief contribution program
Active programs

Where the hours actually go.

Six programs running across our three hubs in 2026. Each has a named partner, a dollar or hour budget, and an annual report we publish internally.

In their words

From partners and team.

“ASP didn’t treat us like a charity case. They sent the same senior biller they put on paid accounts. The recovered revenue is real money for our patients.”

Executive Director
North Texas Free Clinic Network

“The apprenticeship paid for my CPC exam. I’m a full-time coder eight months later. None of that would have happened without the program.”
